good lookin boys

"You know that thing when you see someone cute and he smiles and your heart kind of goes like warm butter sliding down hot toast?" {confessions of a shopaholic} that kind of describes how i felt today while i was at work.  I was cashiering. moving people through the line just like i do almost every other day while at work and all of a sudden out of no where, there he was.  nicely dressed in black dress pants and a button up shirt. blonde -ish hair and tall. there is just something about a cute boy who is dressed up that makes him look a million times more good lookin. he even had very good manners and was very friendly.  this also makes a guy look more attractive to me. oh man.  my heart started beating, i started to feel self conscious all of a sudden and i was getting a little bit shaky. i immediately got a little shy and could hardly make eye contact.  i usually have no problem knowing what to say to customers.  the conversation part comes a bit natural to me, but this is not the case whenever a very cute person of the opposite gender comes through my line.  ah!  i just wish i had something funny to say or at least something more intelligent rather than just sticking with the normal "hello how are you", "here is your receipt", and "goodbye have a good day" that i say to every person who comes in the store.  oh well.  someday i will have my own good looking boy with good manners that i can look at and then i wont have to wait for that rare moment when one comes through my line at work.  although, good looks aren't all i'm looking for... i'm only saying it'd be a very very nice bonus.
