I would have to say my phone ... I kind of feel naked without it. It's not even that I always need to use my phone. I think it's just a security thing. I feel safer when I have my phone. I often think, oh my gosh. what if something happened and I absolutely need my phone at that point? I have gone without my phone and been fine. It's not like I'm completely addicted to it and I have a panic attack if I don't have it with me. It's just that if I'm leaving the house and I realize I don't have my phone I have to turn around and get it.
